My local dealer has a kubota B7800 for $12,200. Is this a good price with turf tires?

I am assuming that is New. I recently priced a 7800 w/ FEL and 60" MMM. I don't have the break down with me, but total without tax was 16,900. the 12,200 sound about like what he qouted, give or take a little. ....

I will use my equipment from my old Ford 2N until I decide what else to buy for the Kubota. Maybe a FEL for next X-mas. ....

I traded the 2N on the Kubota B7800 today. I used the Kubota to plow my driveway this evening, and I could not figure how to raise the lift arms up slowly. I can lower them slowly with the control knob under the seat, but it raises way to fast sometimes jerking. I couldn't find anything in the operators manual. Any suggestions? ....
